HSE Management System
-
Fredrikov achieves results through a defined management and objective process. HSE performance and improvement is one of the cardinal part of this process.
HSE Management System framework provides a broad base of HSE expectations that will help us set impeccable HSE direction and focus our efforts and resources.
The HSE Management System model comprises the following major components.
- Risk Assessment
- Management of Change
- Assessment and Continuous improvement
- Incident Reporting and Investigation
- Environment Management
- Business Process
- Audits and Reviews
- Operations Management
- Training.
Fredrikov management believes that no set of standards, rules or procedure can address every operational situation; thus no one may assume a safe operation will result by blindly following established guidelines. This is why we focus on hiring the best, brightest and dynamic people; and provide world-class training in order for them to have adequate knowledge to perform their duties in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
All of product service lines periodically review their management systems against corporate standards and are responsible for integrating sustainability issues into day-to-day operations, project control and decision-making. They analyze current status, identify areas for potential improvement, and then implement key activities to reduce risk and further enhance HSE performance. They are held accountable through an annual performance assessment.
