Associative Polymer Viscosifier and Adjuvant for Non-crosslinked Fracturing Fluid (GRF Series)
Our partner developed associative polymer viscosifier in powder and concentrated emulsion state, and its matching associative non-crosslinked fracturing fluid system, which enables the prop-carrying capacity to be fulfilled without crosslinking. It has the advantages of simple formula, low friction, no-residue, shearing resistance, temperature resistance and salt resistance. Meanwhile, this viscosifier is also an excellent friction reducer. The matching slick water system has higher friction reduction efficiency and better prop-carrying capacity with less clean water consumption than conventional friction reducer fracturing fluid. They can be used in 170° (wells for Conventional Sand Fracturing, Horizontal Well Subsection Fracturing, Hydraulic Jetting Fracturing, Nitrogen Foam Fracturing, Slick Water Fracturing, and etc. -
Plugging & Well-killing Gel (ZND Series)
Our gels are also associative polymers. They are specifically designed for solving the problems of large loss, loss of return or small return in karst caves, fractured or broken zones; co-existence of well leakage and blowout in the same layer; and problems that the bridge plugging or PWD (plugging while drilling) could not solve. The products can also effectively and lastingly plug the thief layer existing in water flooding reservoir and chemical flooding reservoir, plug deep cracks and broken formation, and stop underground fluid flowing up to the surface. -
Associative Polymer Flooding Agent (AP Series)
Our flooding agents are associative polymer which realizes its properties of efficient viscosifying, heat-resistant, salt-resistant, and shearing-resistant through inter molecular chain hydrophobic association. Based on the different kinds and amount of each monomer to be added, and their distribution in the molecular chain, AP series are applicable for reservoirs of different temperature, salt, and permeability. They have been successfully applied for polymer flooding in Shengli Oilfield 3rd Class reservoirs; polymer flooding in TuHa Oilfield high temperature, ultra-high salt, ultra-high hardness, mid-low permeability, and heavy oil reservoirs; SP flooding in DaGang Oilfield high temperature, high salt, mid-low permeability, and heavy oil reservoirs; and ASP flooding after polymer flooding in DaQing Oilfield.
